LvL 10 Athletics offers FREE shipping CAN & USA on all orders over $99 Order handling & packing: 1 - 2 Business Days (Monday-Friday) Below estimated time does not include handling and packing time. All items are sent from our Canadian warehouse. Orders placed on the weekend will be fulfilled on Monday. In the event of a statutory holiday in USA / Canada: The order will be shipping the following Tuesday. US ORDERS: Estimated Delivery Time: Standard: 3 - 5 business days
CANADA ORDERS: Estimated Delivery Time: Standard: 3 - 8 business days
FREE SHIPPING: All US and Canada orders with a total of $99 USD (before shipping and taxes) and up, receive free complimentary shipping. The shipment address must be in the US or Canada.
NOT QUALIFIED (FREE SHIPPING): United States only includes states within the continent. Unfortunately, free shipping does not apply for islands away from North American mainland 50 states including Alaska, American Samoa, Federated States of Micronesia, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau , Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forced Europe, and Armed Forces Pacific. Canada free shipping includes all 10 Provinces and 3 Territories. Unfortunately for Northwest Territories Islands and Nunavut Islands, free shipping is not available. Regular shipping charges would be made.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (DUTIES AND TAXES NOT INCLUDED) Standard Service: it could take from 4 to 8 weeks depending on the destination (prices vary) It also depends on the time the local customs takes to clear the package. If your local customs takes longer, your package will take longer to arrive. Expedited Service: 2 - 5 business days (prices vary) *Please note: the delivery time is for reference only. The actual delivery time may vary depending on your geographic location and how long it takes to clear customs.
IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR BUYERS OUTSIDE OF NORTH AMERICA All packages are sent from our Canadian warehouse. WeAreLvL10.com is NOT responsible for the duties and customs charges incurred on your package. The total amount of payment does not include any duties and customs charges to clear your custom. Duties and Customs charges vary from country to country and it is the buyer's responsibility to understand the fees and charges from your custom. If the package is rejected by the buyer because of the duties and customs charges, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping and return postage to receive a refund. If the buyer chooses to refuse and abandon the order, a refund will not be provided.
THIRD PARTY MAIL FORWARDING SERVICES Please be aware that LvL 10 Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages/ missing items from the use of mail forwarding services. Shipping to the mail forwarding company is the only available tracking we can provide. RETURNS To return your product, you will need contact us and receive a return ticket for your order. RETURN SHIPPING You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return taxes and/or shipping paid by us will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
